Hi!
Track changes is making me crazy. When I accept the changes, and change the view to final, my change bars disappear. I need a document in final view that shows change bars--how do I do this? I am using Word 2010. Appreciate any help. According to a colleage of mine, it should be possible to have the change bars visible even in the final view, but how? I read something about downloading a macro, but that seems strange. Regards, Anna |

Hi Anna,
When you accept tracked changes, there are no changes for the change bars to reflect. If you need the change bars to show on the output, keept the changes without accepting them. Instead of accepting them, change the additions display to look like ordinary text and the deletions display as hidden.
