Hello,
Under Windows 7, office 2012 I created a document that contains DocVariables. When a user opens and merges this document, the document works perfectly. I was wondering though why once the document has been completed you get to view the document with a layout which displays the merged DocVariables with Comments.... In order to print this document, I must first go into Print Display Final without Comments; then I can print. Is there a way to have Word no go into that mode once the document has been merged? Hope this is clear enough! Thanks, Luke ![]() |
