Default macro or find/replace

I have a 135-page document that is a stage play. I need to change all of the character's names, which are left-justified, to centered. But, I don't want the dialogue below to be centered. Is there a way to use find/replace or a macro to automate this process? The alternative is to click each character name and then center it, and then click the next one. VERY labor intensive. Here is an example:

What I have now:

BOB
Hello, Fred. How are you?

FRED
I'm fine, Bob.

What I want:

BOB
Hello, Fred. How are you?

FRED
I'm fine, Bob.
