If you are using Word, just type what you want straight down - one column. When you are done, highlight only that portion that you want in two (2) columns and to the "columns" tab and select two (2). Only that portion of the type you have highlighted will be changed into two columns.
Alternatively, you can create a text box for the two (2) column portion and insert it where you want it - creating it with two (2) columns. Hope this helps. |
