Hi dlowrey,
Select anything in the Heading 1 Style, then click on the 'Mult-level List' button. After selecting the 'Define New Mult-level List' option, click on the 'More' button. Now, choose '2' for the 'Level to modify', then check the 'Restart List after' option and choose 'Level1'. Next, choose '3' for the 'Level to modify', then check the 'Restart List after' option and choose 'Level2'. When you're done, click 'OK'.
