![]() Hi Greg, Your description suggests someone's saved something in Word's Normal template. You can find that template's location via Tools|Options|File Locations>User Templates. Go to that folder, open the Normal template for editing, delete the unwanted content, save & close. From now on, any new documents should be empty.
