Hi dj8, If you place your letterhead contents into content controls in the header & footer, you can set those conent controls' properties to non-editable and non-deletable. Not completely secure (a user could still modify them by using Word's Design Mode), but better than nothing. IMHO training, supervision and discipline are the best tools here.
