Hi ptityop,

You can delete the first page by clicking on the image, then moving the cursor to any edge and clicking again when the cursor shape turns to cross-hairs. Then press Delete. you'll then see a Section break and a page break, with an intervening paragraph break. Select all of those together and press Delete. Your second page should now become the first page.

Now go to Page Layout > Page Setup > Layout and uncheck the 'different first page' option. Your grey/pink border will now appear on the first page. As for the grey/pink border's colour, it's actually black/red, but Word is configured to show that on-screen with a washed-out appearance. It'll still print correctly, however.
