Hi,
how can I format a large text document so that not even single sentence was divided in two pages? To be more clear, I want all pages to end with period/full stop. If it is not possible for sentence, maybe for a paragraph? Of course I mean an automatic way to do this, becouse it's to large to do it manually. I use Office 2007. Edit: Sorry for a bit misleading thread title, but I don't know how to edit that |

You can use the "Keep lines together" option for paragraphs; it'll force all the lines of a paragraph to display on the same page. You'll find the option on the Line and Page Breaks tab of the Paragraph dialog box. To open the dialog box, select the text, right-click, and choose Paragraph on the context menu.
Of course you can modify the paragraph style you are using to include the setting. In the Modify Style dialog, click Format, and then click Paragraph.
