There are several options for doing this. Here are two of them:
1. convert your text into a table with 2 columns then enter the numbers in column 1 and the descriptions in column 2. It's then possible to only column 2. 2. use automatic numbering instead of typing in the paragraph numbers. when you sort the numbers will remain in the correct order. |
