Issues with Mark Ups
(Office 2010 version)
When I open a document (that has been updated), the reformatting or change mark ups in red show. In order to remove the mark ups I go to the tool bar, choose Review Tab, than Final. But I have to do this each time and this is getting tiresome. I have looked in the Options and Advanced settings for a box to check or uncheck, but not finding anything. Is there a way to force a "Final" view each time I open a document? Thx |

Hi sethm1,
Is there a reason for retaining the past revisions? If not, you could accept the changes, then you'd only have the 'final' anyway. An alternative would be to change the 'Track changes' options, setting 'insertions' to 'none' and deletions to 'hidden'.
