(Office 2010 version)



When I open a document (that has been updated), the reformatting or change mark ups in red show. In order to remove the mark ups I go to the tool bar, choose Review Tab, than Final.

But I have to do this each time and this is getting tiresome.

I have looked in the Options and Advanced settings for a box to check or uncheck, but not finding anything.

Is there a way to force a "Final" view each time I open a document?
