Dear Paul,

Thank you for your help. When you say the "automated" method, I am assuming that you are talking about "insert" command with predefined headers. Based on this understanding, first I clicked where the headers are on the document and removed all headers to start fresh. Then I just typed on page 2 header of the document, and I saw that this header appears on every section! Microsoft has option to do different first page, even and odd pages. I wish they also had this option to have different headers on different page. That is the wishful thinking that is not going to get me where I want.
By the way, I also wanted to insert my logo on top of each page on the header space. The logo is in jpg, and the "insert" and then "object" command, just listed the source rather than the actual picture!
Is it possible for me to send this document to you and I can call you on the phone to go over the instruction you listed here?

Happy Holidays,
Ken
