Good morning.
A client has sent me several password-protected Word 2007 files for editing. She has also sent me the password for those files. I am able to open all the files except one. When I try to open that one file, no password window pops up. In fact, nothing happens. To make sure if the file has been corrupted in the email process, I have sent it back to my client and asked her to try opening it. My client says she is able to open it, but somehow I cannot. Where should I look for problems? Thanks for your help. Pao Ling Huang Seattle Last edited by Pao Ling Huang; 01-02-2012 at 11:21 AM. |
