Wow - this is miraculous. Thank you so much. So simple. And SOOOOO helpful! The only issue I have now, and this is minor, is that in the document map I still can't see some of the tables and figures eg. Can see fig 1-5 and then 6-14 are missing and then back to fig 15-17 a few chapters on. A few tables are missing similarly. Any clues?
