Most versions of Word include more than one spelling dictionary; there is a list available here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/la...in=HA010354262 (Office 2010 suites: localized versions).
If the languages you want aren't in your current version, you can purchase language packs here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/la...in=HA010354262 (Office 2010 language options).
