Hi Stefan,
All of the page borders print correctly if I only print out the portrait pages or landscape pages but it breaks if I print them all out together. Thanks, Ineedcoffee.

That is confusing... :-(
What kind of section breaks separates these pages with different orientation? Next Page or Odd Page? Or?

Hi Stefan,
It is next page breaks. I have unlinked the headers and footers aswell. The document is to be printed double sided so I also added in blank pages where necessary. Thanks, Ineedcoffee.

Does it ever happen that a portrait page is on the back of a landscape page (that is, they are both on the same sheet of paper)? At least theoretically, this might cause trouble when printing duplex. However, I have never seen it affect page borders.
