IncludeText fields could certainly be used to bring together content from several files into a single "master file," if that's what you want to do. Usually, though, copying and pasting (or using Insert File) would be equally easy.

The more information I can get the better. I am constantly amazed by how little information there is on the web about Word 2011.

For what it's worth, it's the same with Windows versions of Word: documentation, especially in the form of help files, is rather poor.

However, there are other resources, such as the Word MVP site at http://word.mvps.org or the TechNet site at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/.
