Hi Macropod

The reason is that I know nothing of Form Fields, so not sure whether they will fit the bill...

I know that I'm using a sledgehammer to crack a nut...

Basically users "can" complete this in the parent application straight off but some prefer to complete in Word so that it can be saved down, amended, spell checked etc. before pasting into the parent application, as once that is done the entry is locked and there is no way of ever amending it again, only viewing it. Also, if the entry is not completed within a certain time constraint the application auto closes and all inputted data is lost.

I am simply trying to help myself and others in this respect by completing some kind of template so that they enter the data in the same way that they could do so in the parent application, then it is formatted ready to be pasted straight in...at least it allow for an element of checking without the threat of it disappearing before their eyes!

Is this potentially unnecessary and creates "double handling"? yes of course! ...but people still input directly into Word from scratch, tinker with it, and then paste it on when happy...and hopefully I will learn something from creating something they can use...

I have opened the attachment from this site and can view the UserFrom...although from my limited knowledge this may be because it is saved within a Project in Word on my machine...?

Anyway I have included a couple of images of basically what I'm after, and the problems i'm currently having are displayed below...

Fixes required.

1. The vertical scroll bar works on the Multipage Tool when inputting data. The window area cannot be expanded vertically when in Design Mode, to allow for the placement of further TextBoxes.

2. TextBox3 is formatted for Sentence Case capitals. How can this TextBox be formatted to show MONTH and WEEKDAY names i.e. SATURDAY, JULY in capitals.

3. If the text is deleted in TextBox3 it kicks in the debugger…must be something to do with the formatting above (point 2).

4. How can TextBox3 be formatted to allow for the <Return> button to created paragraphs.
