Perform Find on Body text only

Is this possible, to perform a Range/Find on Body Text only, so ignored Headers, Footers?

Yes, headers and footers are excluded by default.

The Headers/Footers are in a different StoryRange and in vba do not get addressed by default in the Find operation.

If you mean Headings rather than Headers, that is a different issue.
