I am not familiar with pivot tables at all and am only slightly familiar with filtering.
I can provide you with my Excel workbook that is already set up for 2023 and the 2023 document that accompanies the Excel; however, I hesitate only because then if I understand you correctly you would be doing this work and that just seems to me to be asking too much. Both 2023 files are blank and contain only formulas in Excel and general format in the Word file.
