Hi all, hopefully someone can help.
I have created a word template and created a command button that emails the document to specific people. I would like to create another command button that saves a copy to a different folder but keeps the template clear for future use. Is this possible? Thanks in advance. |

If you create new documents from a template, those documents will always be clear (assuming the fields were clear when you saved it).
You can record a macro to save the activedocument to wherever you want to save it to.
