This is a case of 'if I was going there, I wouldn't start from here'.
Replace the three check boxes with a single listbox content control
Add a text content control where you want the result. If you want the result in more than one place then map the text control and copy it wherever you want the result.
Insert Content Control Add-In will help with that.

The macro fires when you make a selection then click outside the list box.
