Convert table of contents to table format and preserving dynamic property of fields

Hi,
Is there an ability to convert table of contents, tables, appendices, and figures to table format like this

I used many codes in order to reach result of above image, but it causes losing of dynamic property of fields
So how to convert table of contents to table format and preserving dynamic property of fields at the same time.
