Hi,
I am currently in the process of converting files into word documents and i have hundreds of these documents. The signatures in the footer of these documents have changed. Currently i am having to go in, one by one, and delete the old footer and then paste in the new footer. the footer consists of text and an image of signatures. I am just wondering if there is a quicker way of doing this, like having a style-sheet as a template footer? and then somehow the word documents apply that 1 sheet-sheet to all the documents? ...is this possible? Any ideas how i can do this? Thanks |

Questions similar to this have been asked many times. It is possible to create a macro to open all the docs and update the footers and this is probably the best way to achieve what you are trying to do.
Have you done a search on key words such as "batch files footer"
