Questions similar to this have been asked many times. It is possible to create a macro to open all the docs and update the footers and this is probably the best way to achieve what you are trying to do.



Have you done a search on key words such as "batch files footer"

I wasn't too sure on the "keyword" to search for but "batch files footer" got to find what i wanted.
