I added few macros to the Ribbon and now I want to send the document to my colleges for editing and etc.. I'm not sure if they've used macros before or if they have the developer tab.
Is it possible ro send them the document with macros already in the ribbon? or the only way is to send them .docm file and explain how it works? |

If you have added the macros to the document and saved it as a macro enabled template, your colleagues can use it as a Word add-in. You will need to create a ribbon for the template Customize the Office Ribbon (It doesn't take rocket science) as they will not see your local custom ribbon whether or not they have the developer tab displayed. Add your own macros tab to that rivvon.
