Sir, I am obliged for your quick help. This macro works!
Can I approach you if I wish to add some more search features? I am not a programmer but I know about it.
Thank you very much.

There are many other threads here on Find/Replace in Word. I suggest you start by reviewing those. Forum searches on BulkFindReplace and UpdateDocuments will get you started.

Sir, Thank you for your advice. I am not a programmer though I am conversant with programming. I am only seeking HELP by way of solution to my specific need. Please help further with this macro to:
1. Search to be confined within many paragraphs starting with same heading like
" ] bones " till occurrence of immediate next different para (like "] legs") There are
hundreds of such paragraphs within a doc. I have put identifier "]" to make start of
paras.
2. Pressing "next Find" or "down" should take me to next occurrence of searched para.
Please modify this macro as above. Thanks.
NOTE: Even if I tried I couldn't make an efficient, error-free macro soon.

You don't even need a macro for that - just a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = (\] bones*^13){1,}

Sir, I am using the macro I got from you for highlighting multiple words in word file. I thank you again.
A little more help needed.
This macro in its present form does not search "part" word, like it does not find "sense" in "senses" etc. Please help.And please don't expect me to DIY. I am not a programmer.

That may be so, but you also previously said:

So you really ought to invest some effort of your own. You might even try using Find/Replace with the required Find parameters and the macro recorder running. It would take little of that to reveal that all you need do is to insert:
.MatchAllWordForms = True
before:
.MatchCase = False

Please note: Neither this forum nor any other you're likely to encounter are free coding services for those who simply expect others to do their thinking for them.
