Creating Mutually Exclusive Check Boxes
I have scoured threads on this forum and cannot seem to get any of the codes to work for my document. I need to make mutually exclusive check boxes for my document so lazy eyes don't accidentally check more than one box per question. Can anyone help me with this? (I have attached my document below)
