Anything one might do in that regard suffers from the same limitations as 'expiring' a file as per your other posts. In essence, you'd have to set the file's modification password - plus you'll have to deal with the issue that anyone who can access the VBA project will be able to see the password needed to unlock the document. Check out the Document.SaveAs2 Method in Word's VBA help file.
