As your requirement is vague and you seem to expect someone to program this for you it is not really a surprise that you haven't had a reply.
If you modify your worksheet in line with the description at https://www.gmayor.com/photo_gallery_template.html that might work for you - otherwise it seems that what you are describing is mail merge and that requires a particular syntax for the graphics merge - see https://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_graphics.htm and https://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_graphics_addin.htm

No, I just don't have experience in VBA and was looking for guidance, not a free code. Not sure why I gave that impression. I'm also new to the forum and still need to get acclimated to the culture that has been developed here. Thanks for the information you provided.

Rearrange your input data into consecutive cells starting in Cell A1. Leaving empty columns makes life so much harder.
Then explore mail merges before attempting a vba method.
