You can try this useful option.
Go online to > https://www.zamzar.com/convert/doc-to-jpg/ < and upload your Word document. Select an image format (jpg), then click the ‘Convert Now’ tab. When the conversion is finished, you can opt to download all the pages/images as a ZIP file, or download individual files. Click the image below to see how easy it is done. Conversions times will obviously vary with file sizes. The download image files are named: page0001, page0002, page0003, etc.

Thanks GMayor and Moonshine
I found a simpler and faster way, that uses a macro that GMayor helped me in the past. (thanks for that GMayor). I save the Word document as pdf in the same folder using the macro and then I open the pdf with pdf exchange viewer (which is free I guess for personal and commercial use, or at least this is what I understand from their website) With PDF exchange viewer I export the pdf as pictures and It gives automatically the name of each picture (Deviz P1 for the first page, Deviz P2 for he second page, etc).
