Default Need a Macro that Will Autofit All Tables with Spacing between Columns

I'm pretty sure Macropod made one for me a couple of years back. It was basically to autofit all tables within a document. The problem I was having now, before I accidentally deleted it, was that once they were autofitted, there was no spacing between the columns. All the text was squashed and because the lines are invisible it just looks like continuous jumbled text.

The original macro did me fine for most job, but one that spacing between columns would be ideal.

Thanks.
