I've once again tested the macro-enabled Word template and (having changed nothing) it now works fine on both my laptop and my desktop; however, it doesn't work properly on my boss' system. I've attached PDFs showing how the first page is supposed to look after the code runs (from my system) and how it looks when it runs on the boss' system.
