It is built into the heading styles. Chapter 1 has a heading style applied to it. If you hover the cursor over the paragraph with that style it will appear for the duration that the cursor is present.

Graham, how can I make the break after heading
for example:

Chapter 1 - heading(including some text)
Chapter 2 - heading(including some text)
Chapter 3 - heading(including some text)

Some text

I need make a break between chapter 3 and "Some text".
Because now when I add anything after chapter 3 it inserted into chapter 3. But I need start new text without Heading.
