The form already clears all responses if the Case Type is changed and responses can already be chosen out of order; what the code presently enforces is the deletion of subsequent responses if an earlier one is changed, since that invalidates the dropdown options for those subsequent responses. I suppose the code could be re-written to refresh the dropdown options for those subsequent responses, though.
