Default Using a Drop Down list to populate a cell with multiple choices, Word 2010

Hello Folks

I'm trying to develop a word document (Word 2010) that utilises the drop box selections to populate a cell.

I want to be able to continue to populate that cell every time I make a selection from my drop down box. Is this possible???

I've included an image that may help to explain myself a little clearer.
