Default How to read an inlineshape which is stored in a table cell

Hi,
in my Word2007 document I have a column, where in each cell is an inlineshape (picture).
Now I tried to read such a picture from a cell to copy it into another document via macro. Found no solution yet.
Who has a tipp?

Regards - Dietrich
