Macro to highlight unused definitions and undefined terms

I haven't studied the code, but the comments already tell you what you should input. For example:

Code:

Public Const open_quote                         As String = "("")"

might become:

Code:

Public Const open_quote                         As String = "“"

I have no idea that the '("")' is supposed to represent. Likewise:

Code:

Public Const close_quote                        As String = """"

might become:

Code:

Public Const close_quote                        As String = "”"
