Add row with content controls in word

Hello, I'm struggling with this vba to add rows with content controls. I like how it enables the user to add rows anywhere on the table. There are times when it would add the rows without the content controls. I would then have to delete the rows and keep running the macro until it adds the row with the content controls. I hope that makes sense. Could you please take a a look at my InsertRowWithContent vba? Perhaps there is something missing which is causing this malfunction. Help is greatly appreciated.
