What you're trying to achieve, though possible, isn't practical. As soon as you open the document on another computer (especially one with an earlier Word version) or even on the same computer and change the active printer, the layout is liable to change and you could find your ("Continued...") line moving up, so it's no longer the last line, or even moving to the top of the next page.
