Not going to happen. Although you might be able to automate a web session to locate a suitable page, without knowing the structure of that page - including here all the graphical objects (e.g. buttons, icons) might be that you're not interested in, there'd be no way for the code to identify which of the remaining images you might want - even your screenshot shows at least 10 different images.
