Default Format Multiple Textboxes Based On the Contents of One Text Box

Good Morning!

I am not sure if this should be in this forum or Mail Merge, but here it goes:

I have a mail merge letter that contains 7 text boxes. I would like to have the fill color of all 7 text boxes change based on the contents of the last text box; "DAMAGE" = Yellow, "CORE" = Red, "WARRANTY DEFECT" = Green, if it doesn't match any of those 3 then the format doesn't change.

Is this possible, and if can you point me in the right direction.

thanks in advance!

Darren
