Where is the other document stored and will users of the document have access to that location? It would help to know EXACTLY what it is that you are trying to achieve.

gmayor. I have .docx in a network folder that is currently hyperlinked to another .docx on a cover sheet in another folder and I would like to have the option for the user to click a button with a short acronym or title e.g. Scorecard versus seeing the long winded hyperlink address.
Thanks for the interest and let me know if my reply doesn't make sense. |
