I am trying to create a userform and while I am failing miserably at that, another issue has arisen - the top portion of the code window is hidden under the tool bar for the VBA app. I have tried several tricks I found online to move it, but all of those seem to be for moving full application windows, not windows within an application. I have tried to attach a screen shot but apparently today is not my day because the upload keeps failing. I'm using a Surface Pro running Windows 10 and Office 2016.

After a few random restarts, it seems to have fixed itself. I'd still love to know how that happened and how to prevent it in the future though.
