Default VBA to replicate missing toolbars in Word Mac 2016

Hey guys,

In the fall last year I purchased Word for Mac 2016. Two days later I asked for and received a refund because the custom toolbars were completely missing. As a genealogist these toolbars are critical to manage all of the different macros used in templates. My question is for those who possess VBA skills over my head is this: is it possible to replicate the toolbars with VBA?

The Mac community is not happy with Word Mac 2016, and it does not seem that MS is listening to the complaints-
