Help - can't get macro to run on a new computer

Hi,

I send a macro to a friend (very simple one, just replaces 3 styles, but got tired of explaining).
He attached the template. In the trust center enabled macros and VBA - but still gets an error that cannot run the macro due to security settings.



Any idea what else can be changed?
