Inserting certain text dependant on a drop down box value

Pretext: At my company, there are different levels of clients and we are doing some reports to send out to them and each level has one section which has to be a different wording of text,

There are 3 levels of clients and the text is arbitrary, does anyone know how to solve this problem, thanks in advance
