Is the password the same for all the documents? And what does "be saved as current month" mean?
1. Where and how is the logo inserted?
2. Replace which numbers with what?
3. Insert a row where and in which cell add the comments?
4. What is in the headers and footers that needs to be 'updated'

Your requirements are so vague as to be impossible to make suggestions. You could start with http://www.gmayor.com/document_batch_processes.htmwhich will handle the files, and can be used with a custom process that can be configured to do what you require (provided the passwords are all the same - if not you will have to process them individually).

If you need help with the processes a good place to start would be to provide a sample document. You can change any sensitive information for non-sensitive information that doesn't affect the layout of the document.
