You need to modify the ribbon in the template - http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/...bbon_main.html for the command buttons to be added to the Add-ins tab when you save the file in the Startup folder for it to be loaded when Word is started. As for the rest you have given few clues about your code.
